I am thrilled to have you here and excited to share my story! My name is Gene and I am an Executive Chef residing in Northern New Jersey. The culinary world has always been my passion and deeply rooted in my upbringing I spent my formative years learning the art of cooking alongside my father and uncle, honing my skills and nurturing a love for food that has shaped my career.
Over the years I have immersed myself in every aspect of the food industry from Ala carte dining, to exquisite weddings, assisted living, mega yacht charters, off-premise catering, food trucks and so much more! My expertise also extends in to HACCP and food safety.
Presently, I am proud to introduce- Eat Graze Love Charcuterie Bar! A Mobile Charcuterie Bar designed to delight and inspire! This concept brings together a beautifully curated selection of savory meats, artisanal cheeses, and delectable accompaniments, creating spreads that are visually stunning as they are delicious! I am extremely dedicated to implement fresh ideas and creative concepts that will make your gathering memorable!
