I am thrilled to have you here and excited to share my story!

Meet the Chef. I’m Gene, Executive Chef and founder based in Northern New Jersey. My culinary journey began early in my childhood, learning the art of cooking with my Father and Uncle. I have and gained extensive experience over the years in a variety of food industry sectors, including fine Ala cart dining, exquisite weddings, senior communities, mega yacht charters, off premise catering, food truck concepts, the New York Navy League events and more. My expertise also covers HACCP food safety standards.

Currently, I am excited to present- Eat Graze Love Charcuterie Bar— A Mobile Charcuterie Bar designed to delight and inspire! This concept showcases a beautifully arranged selection of curated meats, artisanal cheeses, and delectable accompaniments. Every spread is visually stunning and delicious, reflecting my journey to new creative concepts and memorable gatherings.
