I am thrilled to have you here and excited to share my story!
I’m Gene, Executive Chef and founder of Eat Graze Love Charcuterie Bar based in Northern New Jersey. My culinary journey began in childhood, learning the art of cooking from scratch alongside my Father and Uncle. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion that’s taken me across the diverse landscape of the food industry.
Over the years, I’ve honed my craft in fine a la carte dining, elegant weddings, senior living, mega yacht charters, off-premise catering, food truck concepts, and prestigious events hosted by the New York Navy League. I also bring deep expertise in HACCP food safety standards, ensuring every dish is prepared with precision and care.
